Clinical-grade security, built in from day one

Important changes to clinical records are written to the audit trail where the product supports it. Tenant data is isolated in application code with a row-level security backstop in PostgreSQL. Role-based access and per-patient grants control what each carer, observer, and administrator can see and do.

Frequently asked questions

Self-service signup creates your organisation (tenant) immediately — there is no manual database provisioning step. Tenant administrators enable or disable modules in Settings to match what you have subscribed to. Card payment via Stripe is billing only: sign in after checkout and align module subscriptions with your plan, or ask support to help.

Yes. LynCareOS is multi-tenant by design. Every record in the database carries your tenant ID and every query is scoped to it — your data is never visible to other organisations. Patient records have an additional access-grant layer so only approved team members can see them.

Absolutely. You send invitation links from within the app. Each invitee joins as an admin, carer, or read-only observer — roles you control. Carers and observers can only see patients they have been explicitly granted access to.

Take a photo of a prescription from the app. Our server-side AI vision model (Qwen2.5-VL) reads the image and extracts medicine name, strength, form, dose instructions, prescriber details, and expiry date. You review and correct the result before it saves — nothing is stored until you confirm. EXIF data is stripped for privacy.

Yes. Contact support and we will adjust your module subscriptions and billing. Modules can be activated or deactivated without affecting your existing data. Downgrading removes access to a module's UI but your historical data remains intact.

Yes — mobile-first is a core design principle. The app has a bottom navigation bar, touch-optimised controls (minimum 44pt targets), and safe-area support for modern phones. It runs in any modern browser on iOS and Android. A native app is on the roadmap.
